The Red Room

I had never ventured here until I was directed this way to short cut my way to one of Melbourne’s thoroughfares. Melbourne’s Art Centre is the hub of culture, hosting a myriad of shows every single day in an assortment of different performance halls. This here is the waiting area in front of the box office of the lower level.Among the intense red decorum lies a small commemorative display in the centre with periodically changing themes.

The escalators on the left will take passersby up to the main entrance and St. Kilda Road. The passageway behind the area from where this was shot lead to a parking lot and Southbank.
